个人简介:
桑红,工学博士,讲师。2021年7月博士毕业于东北大学控制理论与控制工程专业。同年7月至今就职于大连海事大学船舶电气工程学院。目前主要从事切换系统、传感器网络、切换复杂网络、切换多智能体系统以及神经网络系统等方面的分析与控制研究工作。近年来,在IEEE TNNLS、IEEE TCYB、IEEE TFS、IEEE TSMC、IEEE TCS-II等国际控制领域权威和知名期刊上发表SCI论文13篇(其中IEEE汇刊9篇)。博士期间主持东北大学卓越博士奖学金项目1项,参与国家自然科学基金面上项目1项。
