二、个人简介

赵颖，辽宁朝阳人，大连海事大学教授，博士生导师，国家高层次青年人才计划、航海学会青年人才托举工程、大连市优秀青年科技人才，辽宁省优秀硕士论文指导教师。先后主持国家自然科学基金（面上、青年）、中国博士后科学基金面上一等资助及辽宁省自然科学基金等纵向课题12项。发表学术论文100余篇，其中SCI检索80余篇，第一或通讯作者IEEE 汇刊30余篇，出版学术专著1部，受理国家发明专利30余项。目前担任 Intelligent & Control、Robot Learning 等多个期刊编委。
